Or premièrement la maladie n’est pas vaincue, l’épidémie n’est pas enrayée, et deuxièmement les communautés arabes et africaines, installées en France, qui paient un très lourd tribut au Sida depuis le début de la pandémie, ont été projetés en première ligne.
